Ouch, so I went to gym this morning and did my bimonthly weigh in. I thought the scale was going to be higher but I couldn't believe it was 2.albs higher in only two weeks and that included a haircut. Wow I'm now trying to calm myself and convince myself not to cut back and to continue to eat normally and see what the scale says in two weeks. When this usually happens I end up over compensating and losing more weight which is something I really don't want to do because I'm already on the border line for low weight on the bmi scale. Wish me luck.
